In its humanitarian mission, the USNS Comfort naval ship provides medical help and treatment for the most vulnerable communities in Latin America. During its first stop in Esmeraldas, Ecuador, thousands of patients were able to get treatment that they would not be able to afford. Belen Mora has the story.
