Uganda Weighs Privacy Rights vs. Crime

Uganda is installing thousands of closed-circuit television cameras in public areas throughout the country in an effort to fight rampant crime. Authorities say the cameras are necessary to maintain public safety. But critics say they could be used to violate people’s privacy. Halima Athumani has more from Kampala.
