Palestinian Militants Declare Cease-fire in Gaza

Palestinian militants have declared a cease-fire in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip. Fighting has tapered off in Gaza, following Israel's heaviest air strikes on Palestinian militants since the Gaza War four years ago.
