Le Parlement angolais a adopté jeudi à l'unanimité une loi qui libéralise les investissements étrangers, en supprimant notamment l'obligation faite aux investisseurs de s'associer à un partenaire local, un texte destiné à relancer l'économie de ce pays producteur de pétrole.
