Submission to the Universal Periodic Review of the Central African Republic

This submission has been prepared by Human Rights Watch for the third cycle review of the Central African Republic in the framework of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR). It is based on information obtained through research conducted since the second cycle review of the Central African Republic.
