Le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général pour la Somalie, Michael Keating, a souligné mercredi devant le Conseil de sécurité le rôle fondamental de la Mission de l'Union africaine en Somalie (AMISOM) pour la sécurité de la Somalie et mis en garde contre son retrait prématuré, qui serait un véritable « cadeau » fait aux Chabab.
