Chilcot Report: We Need to See Senior Figures Held Criminally Responsible for Iraq War Crimes

Sir John Chilcot's report on lessons to be learned from the 2003 invasion of Iraq has taken seven years to produce. David Cameron has said it should not be about "punishing" British soldiers, but holding senior people to account.
