German Interior Minister Thomas de Maiziere said there is “no doubt” a truck attack Monday in Berlin was intentional. The suspected driver, identified by authorities as a Pakistani man who had applied for asylum in Germany, intentionally drove a stolen truck through a Christmas market outside the landmark Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, killing 12 people and injuring nearly 50 more.
