Blast Strikes Bus in Turkey, Kills 13 Soldiers

A car bomb has exploded next to a bus in central Turkey, killing at least 13 people and wounding 48 others, according to military sources. Most, if not all of the victims were soldiers. The blast in the city of Kayseri destroyed the bus carrying off-duty soldiers and civilians, according to hospital officials. The attack took place near the campus of a university.
