More Voters Struggle With English in California Than Any Other State

California has the greatest number of eligible voters in the nation who are not fully proficient in English, according to the civil rights group, Asian Americans Advancing Justice — Los Angeles. To make sure all Asian Americans in California know their rights as voters, the organization sent out poll monitors to minimize election-related problems. Elizabeth Lee reports from the largely Asian San Gabriel Valley, east of Los Angeles.
