US Voters Voting Early, Vote Issues

Early voting is underway in some 37 U.S. states, with millions of Americans casting ballots before the November 8th election. VOA's Chris Simkins reports that voters in the key battleground state of North Carolina are ignoring the divisive campaign rhetoric and voting on issues important to them.
