Suicide Bombers Hit 2 Targets in Northern Iraq; 16 People Dead

A suicide attack on an Iranian-run construction site in the town of Dibis in northern Iraq Friday killed 16 people, while no casualties were reported after a similar earlier attack on a police compound in the city of Kirkuk.
