Belgium Charges 4 With Terror Involvement

Belgium has charged four people with participating in and aiding a terrorist organization, by funding it and recruiting people to fight with Islamic State in Syria. The Federal Prosecutor's Office said Tuesday the charges followed a police raid of 15 homes in the cities of Antwerp, Ghent and Deinze, during which 15 people were taken in for questioning.
