Le Vice-Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Jan Eliasson, a jugé vendredi qu'il était urgent d'agir rapidement en Haïti pour éviter une propagation du choléra après les dégâts causés par le cyclone Matthew et qu'il fallait également mettre en uvre une nouvelle approche sur le long terme face à cette maladie dans ce pays.
