China Bracing for Second Typhoon in 3 Days

Cleanup continues in China's eastern Fujian and Zhejiang provinces following deadly typhoon Meranti's landfall Thursday, but the region is also on the alert as typhoon Malakas approaches. At least 13 people in China were killed in the wake of Meranti, the Associated Press reported, and another 14 are missing.  Millions of homes also lost electricity.
