South Korea Claims Pyongyang Sets Off Nuclear Test

In what South Korea is calling a nuclear test, a 5.3-magnitude quake occurred in North Korea Friday morning near the Punggye-ri Nuclear Test Site, according to the European Earthquake Center.  A South Korean official told the Yonhap news agency the earthquake was very likely caused by a nuclear test, that although there has been no confirmation.
