Officials Scramble to Contain Cholera at Refugee Center in Uganda

Officials in northern Uganda say dozens of cholera cases have been reported at a reception center for South Sudanese refugees.  Cholera is an infectious disease usually spread through contaminated water that causes severe diarrhea and dehydration. Left untreated it can lead to death.
