Low Oil Prices Are Double Edged Sword for Global Economy

An unexpected drop in U.S. crude oil inventories helped lift the price of oil slightly Wednesday, but oil prices remain close to 10-year lows due to a number of factors, including the high dollar exchange rate and slowing global demand.
