Elections burundaises : un report est-il possible ?

Au Burundi, les élections législatives et communales sont prévues pour vendredi 5 juin. Réunis dimanche en sommet à Dar Es Salam en Tanzanie, les chefs d’Etat des pays d’Afrique de l’Est ont pourtant demandé un report d’au moins six semaines. Est-ce possible ?
