Le Secrétaire général adjoint des Nations Unies aux affaires humanitaires, Stephen O'Brien, a débloqué lundi 15 millions de dollars en provenance du Fonds central pour les interventions d'urgence (CERF) afin de financer l'aide humanitaire destinée aux milliers de réfugiés burundais au Rwanda et en Tanzanie.
