Le Haut-Commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés (HCR) s'est dit mercredi extrêmement alarmé par des informations faisant état de refoulements de bateaux par l'Indonésie et la Malaisie. Ces bateaux transportaient des personnes vulnérables du Myanmar et du Bangladesh.
