Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, s'est dit profondément attristé jeudi par les pertes en vies humaines survenues en Afghanistan à la suite d'avalanches, de glissements de terrain et d'inondations dans la partie nord du pays, notamment dans les provinces de Kaboul, Parwan, Panjshir, Kapisa, Badakhshan et Nuristan.
