DRC Set to Attack Hutu Rebels as Ultimatum Expires

The Democratic Republic of Congo's government said Friday that it was ready to launch military operations against Rwandan Hutu rebels in the eastern part of the country after most missed a deadline to disarm and return home or go into exile.
