Educators, Toymakers Aim to Increase Number of Female Builders, Engineers

While new statistics project increasing growth in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math — so-called "STEM" subjects — in coming decades, girls and young women appear less academically engaged in those fields than their male counterparts. But why? Some experts say toys that parents buy for their children influence career choices later in life. Anush Avetisyan has more.
