Le Conseil des droits de l'homme des Nations Unies a élu lundi son nouveau bureau pour 2015 et a choisi Joachim Ruecker, Représentant permanent de l'Allemagne auprès des Nations Unies à Genève, pour être son Président à partir du 1er janvier 2015.
