Gunmen Kill 36 in Northeastern Kenya

Gunmen have attacked workers at a quarry in northeastern Kenya, killing at least 36 people. Witnesses said the killings early Tuesday near the town of Mandera happened while the workers were sleeping in their tents. There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
