Top US General Visits Iraq

The U.S. chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff has made an unannounced visit to Iraq. General Martin Dempsey - the country's top military official - arrived in Baghdad Saturday to talk with U.S. commanders and Iraqi officials about the next phase of the expanding war against the Islamic State group.
