Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, Ban Ki-moon, a annoncé mardi la nomination de David Nabarro, du Royaume-Uni, comme son Envoyé spécial pour la lutte contre Ebola et d'Anthony Banbury, des États-Unis, au poste de Représentant spécial et Chef de la Mission de Nations Unies pour la lutte contre Ebola (UNMEER).
