Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies, M. Ban Ki-moon, a annoncé jeudi, la nomination de l'Algérien Saïd Djinnit comme son Envoyé spécial pour la région des Grands Lacs. Il succède à Mme Mary Robinson, de l'Irlande, qui a accepté le poste d'Envoyée spéciale du Secrétaire général pour les changements climatiques.
