Argentines protest power outages as country faces worst heatwave in decades

The streets of Argentina are burning. The worst heatwave in at least four decades has caused major power outages and water shortages. Now residents in Buenos Aires are protesting the conditions. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) MONICA COLLIANTE, RESIDENT SUFFERING FROM POWER OUTAGE, SAYING: "This really needs to be resolved one way or another. This is the first time that I have ever gone through something like this and the truth is that it shames me." Temperatures in the capital have soared to 44 degrees Celsius, or 111 degrees Fahrenheit. Emergency workers are delivering much-needed water to residents. One ice cream shop had to close its doors to the public after the outages spoiled the goods. (SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) OWNER OF ICE CREAM SHOP GILBERTO VEGA SAYING: "The worst thing is that I feel as if I have been abandoned. I pay my taxes and I am up to date on everything and at this moment, we have been abandoned. I don't know who is to blame. I
