Pour sa première visite officielle au Chili, le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général des Nations Unies en Haïti et Chef de la Mission de Stabilisation (MINUSTAH) par intérim, Nigel Fisher, a salué lundi la contribution du Chili à la formation des policiers haïtiens, élément essentiel au Plan de consolidation et à l'autonomie de la Police nationale (PNH).
