Le Représentant spécial du Secrétaire général pour la Libye, Ian Martin, a affirmé mercredi, devant le Conseil de sécurité, qu'« en cette période de transition pacifique et démocratique », le pays était « bien placé par rapport à d'autres situations post-conflit ».
