Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies Ban Ki-moon a nommé vendredi Jens Anders Toyberg-Frandzen, du Danemark, en tant que son nouveau Représentant exécutif et chef du Bureau intégré des Nations Unies pour la consolidation de la paix en Sierra Leone (BINUCSIL). M. Toyberg-Frandzen remplace Michael von der Schulenburg à ce poste.
