Le Secrétaire général des Nations Unies Ban Ki-moon a réitéré lundi son inquiétude concernant les hostilités entre le Soudan et le Soudan du Sud et leur impact sur la population civile. Il a appelé les deux parties prenantes à mettre fin aux combats immédiatement et à respecter le droit humanitaire international et la protection des civils.
