L'Envoyé des Nations Unies au Kosovo a vivement condamné lundi une attaque à la bombe meurtrière qui a eu lieu dimanche dans un complexe résidentiel de la ville de Mitrovica, au nord, et a exhorté les habitants à rester calmes alors que les autorités enquêtent sur cet incident.
