Le Secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, a demandé vendredi au Cambodge de nommer, comme le prévoit un accord entre l'ONU et le gouvernement cambodgien, le juge international de réserve au poste de juge international des Chambres extraordinaires au sein des tribunaux du Cambodge (CETC).
