Kenya : le HCR condamne deux explosions dans le camp de Dadaab

Le Haut commissariat des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés (HCR) a condamné mercredi l'explosion d'un engin artisanal mardi près du marché du camp d'Ifo à Dadaab au Kenya. Aucune victime n'a été dénombrée, mais un véhicule de police a été endommagé. Cet incident survient après une autre explosion – la veille dans le camp de Hagadera – qui avait causé la mort d'un policier et gravement blessé deux autres.
