Le Soudan du Sud, qui a accédé à l'indépendance le 9 juillet 2011, a adhéré vendredi à la Convention sur l'interdiction des mines antipersonnel, ou Convention d'Ottawa, devenant ainsi le 158ème Etat à accepter d'être légalement lié par cet instrument humanitaire.
