Face à la crise économique et politique qui frappe le monde entier, la Présidente du Brésil, Dilma Rousseff, premier chef d'Etat à s'exprimer mercredi devant l'Assemblée générale, a appelé à mettre en place un nouveau type de coopération globale notamment en régulant le système financier, en réformant le fonctionnement des institutions financières multilatérales et le Conseil de sécurité.
