Selon le quotidien Le Soleil, de Dakar, l'ambassade du Canada aurait invité madame Asmaa Ibnouzahir, coordonnatrice de l'organisation non-gouvernementale (ONG) «Présence musulmane Canada», à participer au prélude du sommet de l'Organisation de la conférence islamique (OCI), qui se tiendra à Dakar du 1e au 7 mars 2008.
