CARACAS- "L'éthanol n'est pas à l'agenda" disait le président vénézuélien Hugo Chavez à la veille du 1er Sommet sud-américain de l'énergie, réuni les 16 et 17 avril à Porlamar, sur l'île de Margarita (Venezuela). Les 12 pays de l'Amérique du Sud ont néanmoins salué les biocarburants, dont l'éthanol que le Venezuela veut importer du Brésil.
