L’écrivain d'origine juive irakienne Naïm Kattan est décédé vendredi 2 juillet 2021, à Paris, à l’âge de 92 ans. Né à Bagdad, en Irak, le 26 août 1928, Naïm Kattan a quitté l’Irak au début des années 1950. Arrivé à Montréal, il dirigera le Cercle juif de langue française, un organisme créé par le Congrès juif canadien, où il fonde le Bulletin du Cercle juif.
