Née au Xème siècle d’une rupture avec l’islam chiite ismaélite, la foi druze est monothéiste et croit dans la réincarnation. Les premiers prédicateurs qui ont réalisé sa propagation ont ouvert la Porte de l’Adhésion entre 1017 et 1043, brève période durant laquelle la population de la planète a été invitée à embrasser cette nouvelle religion. Depuis, cette porte a été fermée, excluant toute forme de conversion ou d’apostasie.
