Rome / Khartoum - Human trafficking in Sinai is a terrible activity that has been going on for years.  The political and religious authorities in Egypt, Sudan and other countries involved in this barbaric trade appear totally indifferent to this phenomenon,  and often become the accomplices of organized crime and the terrorist movements that derive their funding from the sale of arms, drugs, slaves (sub-Saharan migrants) and human organs.
