    <description>New York - Exactly a year after his expected release date, Mr. Hada, a Southern (Inner) Mongolian prominent political prisoner, is still being held without charge in a secret prison in suburban Hohhot, the regional capital. Mr. Hada had completed his 15 year sentence on December 10, 2010 but was quickly placed under arbitrary detention on the very day his sentence ended.</description>

Fearing that mass protests might spread across the region and possibly across China, Chinese authorities declared that the region is &amp;ldquo;in a war-like state&amp;rdquo; (see attached &amp;ldquo;Explanation of Reason of Sealing off Schools&amp;rdquo;).</description>

The killing was both brutal and intentional. The Chinese drivers, at the time of carrying out their bloody act, reportedly shouted: &amp;ldquo;killing a Mongol at most will cost us 400,000 RMB and our boss has plenty of it&amp;rdquo;.</description>
