Coconut Oil Is Actually Bad For You

by Jeff DonlanAccording to the American Heart Association, coconut oil is as unhealthy as beef dripping with butter. Though celebrated as a health food, the AHA says there are no good studies to support that. In fact, coconut oil is packed with saturated fat and can raise “bad” cholesterol.
