First lady Melania Trump delivered remarks and took part in the State Department's 2017 International Women of Courage Awards ceremony in Washington. The first lady has remained largely out of public view since her husband's inauguration, but experts say even her limited presence may signal a willingness to take on more ceremonial duties in the months ahead.
