California, Washington Split Over Vehicle Fuel Standards

California has been a leader in promoting fuel-efficient vehicles, and the state says it will keep its strict standards, despite a review of federal rules promised by President Donald Trump. The auto industry considers the rules costly and inefficient, but California authorities and others say they are needed for a sustainable energy future. VOA's Mike O'Sullivan looks at the issue.
