Police Identify Britain Parliament Attack Assailant

London police have identified the person who carried out Wednesday's attack near the British Parliament as Khalid Masood. British-born Masood, 52, was known to the police for a number of previous convictions for assaults, including possession of offensive weapons. He was last convicted in 2003 for possession of a knife.
