'I left my soul in Aleppo’: mother of tweeter Bana speaks out – video

Seven-year-old girl Bana al-Abed, whose Twitter account offered a glimpse into Aleppo life, has been evacuated safely to the Aleppo countryside. Her mother Fatemah says she is glad to have reached safety but regrets she was was forced out of her home city. Standing with her arm around her daughter, Fatemah said she did not want to live as a refuge.
